Feel free to print these forms and fill them out prior to registration to save time. The registration form is in PDF and Word formats. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, clinck on the link below. The Word format file will allow you to fill out your form electronically and print. If you are volunteering as a coach or manager, you must fill out the volunteer form and submit it at registration. Each player should know the Little League Pledge as it will be recited prior to the start of each game. For managers, blank snack stand schedules and umpire schedules are available for download. These forms are in Word format so that they may be filled out electronically.
